Welcome to Good4Me? By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

CRITICAL MEDICAL & AI DISCLAIMER

Good4Me? is an artificial intelligence tool designed to assist with reading food labels. It is NOT a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes or misinterpret ingredient names. Manufacturers also frequently change their ingredients without warning. You must ALWAYS double-check physical food labels yourself, especially if you have severe or life-threatening food allergies (such as anaphylaxis). Do not rely solely on this app to make critical health decisions. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding dietary restrictions and medical conditions.

1. App Usage & Responsibilities

You agree to use Good4Me? for its intended purpose of analyzing food ingredients. You acknowledge that the app relies on the clarity of the photos you take or the text you input, and poor lighting or blurry images may result in inaccurate AI analysis.

2. Subscriptions (PRO Version)

Good4Me? offers a premium "PRO" subscription that removes advertisements and unlocks additional profile tracking features. Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through your Google Play account. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good4Me? and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, allergic reactions, or health complications arising from your use of or reliance on the app's AI analysis.

4. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms of Service from time to time. By continuing to use the app after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
